LVCS Series Low Voltage Soft Starters

Application scope
LVCS series of low voltage frequency-converting soft starter is new soft starting product developed to improve the starting traits of heavy load medium and small-sized electric motors. It is mainly applied to the synchronous or asynchronous electric soft starting and soft stopping of all kinds of heavy machines in such trades as metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, petrochemical industry, electric power and building materials, for example, crushers, air blower fans, water pumps, compressors, fan mills and vertical burr mills.

Main characteristics
Starting moment of force is long. Starting torque longer than rated output torque of the electric machines can be obtained by adopting LVCS series of frequency-converting soft starters.
Starting is stable with small starting current. Electric machines adopt the starting model of invariable current and torque, and the starting current can be controlled at 0.5 time of the rated current for air blower fans and pump-type air compressors; and the starting current can be controlled below the rated current for heavy machines.
They can be used for starting for many running times and can start many electric machines respectively.
